Welcome to part four of the Adlucites on a Mission video series! For August, we’re placing the spotlight on Cristin Beverley, Senior Account Director at Adlucent. She was one of the original Adlucites who created the training pod that has been pivotal in transitioning new hires smoothly into the company. And she continues to find new ways to scale training and adapt the learning environment to industry changes. Cristin also was the winner of our Ambassador of Awesomeness award this year, a peer-nominated annual recognition for innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

It’s no secret that she makes $#%& happen. Cristin also built a custom key performance indicator (KPI) for the co-op side of a client’s business that was then translated to drive success for other clients. She is always willing to tackle challenges and offers her expertise to uncover solutions that help the Adlucent team and our customers outperform. Let’s hear more from her!
