The Role:

  • Daily management of a client’s online ad campaigns on all major search engines using both search engine tools and Adlucent’s proprietary Deep Search™ software
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting of account performance, and use this data for high-level decision making based on quantitative data and knowledge of SEM

The Account Manager employs standard online media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results through data analysis and optimization.

The Account Manager collaborates with both the client and internal Client Services team to determine quarterly account performance goals and measurements as well as determining account activities. They conduct ongoing account optimization and testing to achieve these goals, providing regular reporting and analysis to both the client and the internal team. The Role:

  • Partner with client and internal team members to define, drive and execute effective optimization strategies and testing schemes designed to improve campaign KPIs.
  • Maintain strong communication with agency clients and internal team members to keep everyone informed of campaign status, scope or timeline changes and manage client expectations.
  • Properly monitor campaign performance against client’s objectives, making optimization recommendations as necessary.
  • Help run weekly internal meetings to update on account performance, team activities and results, and any roadblocks; work with the Senior Account Manager and Account Supervisor to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Run weekly client calls to update clients on performance and activities and provide insights around the account and the client’s business.
  • Work with Account Supervisor & account team on semi-annual/quarterly strategic business reviews with the client to discuss industry insights, account performance, and strategic opportunities and ideas. Lead portions of this presentation.

The Senior Paid Social Account Manager is responsible for shaping and defining Adlucent’s social media thought leadership and strategies. They manage paid social media performance, primarily on Facebook, but also other platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, and more). The Snr PSAM is responsible for campaign strategies and analysis, ensuring all deliverables are high quality and on time. Adlucent is seeking an enthusiastic and driven digital Senior Programmatic Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Programmatic Account Manager supports campaign reporting and database activities, as well as campaign operations. This role is key in identifying business needs and delivering reports that are clear and actionable. Successful candidates will have an aptitude for working with data, providing actionable insight, and demonstrated hands-on experience in digital media and reporting systems. The Senior Account Manager will assist in the execution of digital media services for our clients, through Google Display & Video (DV360), Campaign Manager 360, and Google Display Ads (GDA), including YouTube, native, PMP, and other digital media strategies.

The Senior Programmatic Account Manager is responsible for independent day-to-day campaign management, strategies, analysis, optimization, budget, and creative management, achieving performance objectives, and ensuring all deliverables are high quality and on time.   • Maintain and organize campaign-specific documentation, ensure timeliness of deliverables and campaign tasks
  • Set up and report out on tests within programmatic media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain project plans updating clients on campaign status and initiatives

Must have:

  • 2+ years programmatic experience with hands-on experience working in Google/DoubleClick platforms (agency, client, publisher)
  • Preferred experience with Google Marketing Platform stack and similar DSPs
  • Working knowledge of programmatic campaign workflow including set up, management, and reporting
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or Big Query

The Senior Director of Paid Social is responsible for improving and growing the capabilities within paid social channels serviced by Adlucent including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, and TikTok. The SDPS guides strategy, oversees execution best practices, and crafts service offerings to achieve client and agency financial goals.

The SDPS works closely with both clients and internal teams to define and iterate existing service offerings to drive more value for the agency and clients. They are responsible for crafting the service offering and delivery model, aligning necessary resources to achieve strategic and financial goals. Additionally, they work closely with clients on forward-looking performance social strategy, including presenting new channel ideas, opportunities to increase budget, and tests to run on social channels.

The Role:

  • Expert in market trends, competitive landscape and account best practices for performance paid social on enterprise accounts 
  • Works across the agency to achieve revenue goals for Adlucent’s paid social solution
  • Attends client strategy discussions as needed to assess the execution of social solution delivery and strategy, answer questions, troubleshoot, and present new ideas
  • Works cross-functionally with strategy, client services, product, and sales to support new business and upsell pitches
  • Monitors and supports transition and launch of new social clients while building a repeatable and scalable process and delivery model
  • Supports marketing on social thought leadership, content, solution collateral, and case study opportunities 

Must have:

  • 5+ years experience managing strategy and execution for paid social accounts spending $100K/mo+
  • Extensive knowledge of performance digital marketing for enterprise retailers and brands
  • Agency experience involving paid social, digital media, and client relationship management 
  • Experience with paid social management platforms and measurement technology solutions  
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively articulate business and marketing strategies, able to pitch proposals and influence clients
  • Self-starter, able to perform under ambiguity and identify untapped opportunities  
  • Cross-functional skills with a strong ability to collaborate with and influence peers and stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Track record of sales/upsell experience
  • Knowledge of SEM, display/video, and other paid advertising

The Role:

 

  • Daily management of a client’s online ad campaigns on all major search engines using both search engine tools and Adlucent’s proprietary Deep Search™ software
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting of account performance, and use this data for high-level decision making based on quantitative data and knowledge of SEM
  • Strategic client communications of account successes and challenges, assisting your account team with client inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Work with your account team to find new opportunities for your client, including areas of growth and optimization

 

Must have:

 

  • 0-2 years relevant experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to analyze high-level data to translate problems into solutions
  • Online research skills
  • Excellent communication skills → both internally and externally
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of search engines
  • Knowledge of online shopping and retail
