Adlucent is seeking an enthusiastic and driven digital Account Manager to join our digital team within our Media Practice. The Account Manager is responsible for the execution of digital media services for our clients, through Display & Video 360 and Google Display Network (GDN), including YouTube, native, PMP, and other digital media strategies outside the Google ecosystem. The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day campaign management, strategies, analysis, optimization, budget and creative management, achieving performance objectives, and ensuring all deliverables are high quality and on time. The Digital Marketing (SEM) Account Manager works on one or more Adlucent client accounts and is responsible for the development and execution of strategy, prioritization of tasks, and achievement of performance goals. They have an in-depth understanding of paid search tactics and techniques and implements best practices to achieve the client’s performance goals. The Account Manager employs standard online media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results through data analysis and optimization.

The Account Manager collaborates with both the client and internal Client Services team to determine quarterly account performance goals and measurements as well as determining account activities. They conduct ongoing account optimization and testing to achieve these goals, providing regular reporting and analysis to both the client and the internal team. The Account Manager researches and identifies opportunities for incremental revenue and efficiencies.

The Account Manager may have one or more team members on their account to execute on account activities, whom the Account Manager will mentor and train.

The Role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of managing a retailer’s paid search using Adlucent’s proprietary Deep Search™ software in addition to Google AdWords and Bing Ads.

Responsibilities

  • The Account Supervisor (AS)  is responsible for their team’s account performance and proactively communicates issues and successes. They are responsible for troubleshooting and leading account brainstorms, helping the account manager/s effectively prioritize initiatives to achieve performance goals.
