Adlucent is on the hunt for an organized, analytically-minded, and ambitious Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist who helps our clients exceed their digital marketing campaign goals. Specialists receive thorough training and work closely with a Senior Account Manager, receiving instruction on PPC campaign creation, production and account management methodologies, and an understanding of KPIs.

The Role:

  • Daily management of a client’s online ad campaigns on all major search engines using both search engine tools and Adlucent’s proprietary Deep Search™ software

  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting of account performance, and use this data for high-level decision making based on quantitative data and knowledge of SEM

  • Strategic client communications of account successes and challenges, assisting your account team with client inquiries, requests, and concerns

  • Work with your account team to find new opportunities for your client, including areas of growth and optimization

Must have:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Ability to analyze high-level data to translate problems into solutions

  • Excellent communication skills → both internally and externally

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Knowledge of search engines

  • Knowledge of online shopping and retail

Do you love creating compelling copy and attractive designs? Adlucent is seeking a Junior Copywriter + Graphic Designer with some experience in digital marketing. We’re looking for a candidate to help write and design blog posts, articles, pitch decks, websites, email marketing, social media, press releases, and other promotional materials. The Junior Copywriter + Graphic Designer will take projects from ideation to completion with the direction and support of the Content Marketing Manager.

A successful candidate will be skilled in topic research, writing, editing, proofreading, typography, branding, layout, and photo-editing. The JCGD will demonstrate strong attention to detail. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to ask the right questions and collaboratively work on a multitude of concurrent projects. Strong verbal, communications, visual, organizational, and time management skills are required. Knowledge of web design best practices and basic HTML/CSS skills are preferred.

The Role:

  • Understand and translate ideas from stakeholders to craft compelling content and attractive designs for internal and external initiatives with guidance from our Content Marketing Manager

  • Self-manage simultaneous projects and competing deadlines

  • Work autonomously to develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction

  • Collaborate with our designated PR agency to create timely press releases and content pieces for media

  • Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback on projects and know when to ask for support

  • Collaborate with the team’s Junior Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator on various projects

  • Maintain organized files for collaboration

  • Stay on top of trends through industry monitoring and outside resources

  • Other creative team duties as assigned

Must Have:

  • 1-2 years of copywriting and graphic design experience

  • The ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling copy

  • Demonstrated success in delivering clean, on-brand designs

  • A portfolio of writing and design examples

  • Strong research and editing skills to ensure copy is accurate and grammatically correct

  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Strong verbal, visual, and written communications skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Ability to manage workload and competing priorities to meet deadlines

  • Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field – or comparable work experience

  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and improve

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Hubspot and Yesware

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices

  • Project management experience

  • Experience working in a marketing agency
