The Account Manager works on one or more Adlucent client accounts, and is responsible for the development and execution of strategy, prioritization of tasks, and achievement of performance goals. S/he has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of paid search tactics and techniques, utilizing best practices in paid search to achieve the client’s performance goals, as well as employing standard online media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results, analyze data and optimize the account with a goal of continuous improvement.

The Account Manager collaborates with the client and an Adlucent Client Manager to determine performance goals and measurements of success for the account on a quarterly basis, as well as determining account activities. The Digital Marketing Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Adlucent Implementation Team to ensure new clients are successfully onboarded within designated timelines.

The Specialist will independently prioritize and simultaneously coordinate day-to-day responsibilities for new clients during the onboarding process from kickoff through launch. Responsibilities include: project management, data analysis and troubleshooting, organization of internal documentation, and cross-departmental communication (Sales, Technical Development, Operations/Client Services and Finance).

S/he must be able to project manage competing demands of integration activities and day-to-day operations of the account. Activities include handling delays in development, managing client expectations of performance goals, and coordinating efforts with our operations team.

Must Have:

  • Extensive PPC and PLA experience as well as other digital marketing channels with a track record of building long-term relationships
  • 10+ years of strategic business operations, strategy, corporate development, and/or general sales management experience.
  • Prior work experience and working knowledge in the digital industry, ideally with deep understanding of particular verticals their respective key market dynamics.
  • High impact communication skills (written and verbal) with distinction in driving discussions with senior executives and across sister agencies.
