Michael Griffin - President

As the founder of Adlucent, Michael brings over 8 years of experience in strategic search engine marketing, search engine optimization, landing page design, and bid optimization. Michael has served a broad range of clients including Fortune 500 Internet retailers, International non-profits, and political lobby groups. Michael draws upon his experience to develop comprehensive online marketing strategies aimed at streamlining the process from search to conversion and maximizing clients' return on investment. Michael is also the co-founder of PriceFight.com, a pay for performance shopping search engine. Prior to founding Adlucent, Michael attended University of Texas at Austin pursuing a PhD in analytical chemistry where his thesis focused on advanced analytics for medical diagnostics. Michael is the recipient of the prestigious Watson Fellowship and received his BS degree from Davidson College.

Nicholas Herman - Creative Director & Search Marketing Director

Nicholas joined Adlucent in 2005 as Creative Director and user interface expert. With a strong aptitude in advertising and Web site development, Nicholas serves as our online strategy specialist with a focus on combining highly optimized search marketing campaigns with strong landing page design. He serves as the lead search marketing director for Adlucent's largest accounts including leading international online retailers, nonprofits, and local Internet retailers. Nicholas was a lead developer and co-founder of PriceFight.com. Nicholas graduated summa cum laude, with highest honors, from the University of Texas with a bachelor of science in both advertising and architectural studies.

Tim Ozor - Lead Software Architect

Tim joined Adlucent as the Director of Engineering and brings over 21 years of experience designing and developing software applications. Tim's body of work includes Unix operating system development, object oriented middleware design and large scale Web application architecture. Ozor was instrumental in the development of Austin-based Vignette's ground-breaking content management system and helped the company grow from 15 employees into one of the most successful IPOs in the Austin high-tech industry. Prior to Vignette, Ozor was a key technical leader at the highly acclaimed National Transcript Center, which provides a secure electronic trading system for the exchange of student transcripts. Tim received his BS degree in Computer Science from Clemson University in 1986. Ozor will lead Adlucent's engineering efforts as it builds the next generation of its search engine marketing platform.

Ron Huddleston - VP of Sales & Marketing

Ron brings more than 16 years of software sales and product development experience from software organizations such as IBM and Austin-based Vignette. As the VP of Sales & Marketing at Adlucent, Ron is responsible for corporate communications, branding and promotion strategies, public relations, business development and strategic customer engagement management. Prior to joining Adlucent, Huddleston spent two years as the Director of North American operations for Criterion Software, which was acquired by gaming giant Electronic Arts. Huddleston was responsible for all sales, technical support, business development, and strategic partnerships for the software provider whose solutions helped developers create games for the most popular consumer gaming consoles. Before he joined Criterion, Huddleston spent four years with Austin-based Vignette, a leading provider of content and information management systems where he held various sales, product marketing, and management positions. Prior to his time at Vignette, Huddleston spent ten years with Lotus and IBM in various sales, technical, and product marketing roles and was a key contributor in several global product releases.

Alex Harmon - Account Manager

Alex joined Adlucent as Account Manager and brings over 7 years of experience managing marketing programs for online retailers with a focus in PPC search marketing. As Account Manager at Adlucent, Alex is responsible for the management and development of client marketing campaigns, as well as client communications. Prior to joining Adlucent, he successfully managed multi-million dollar search marketing programs and was an integral member of the client-side Marketing team for leading Internet retailers ProFlowers.com, CarsDirect.com, and Shoes.com. Alex received his Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Brandon Durham - Senior Interactive Developer and Designer

Brandon joined Adlucent in 2007 bringing more than 7 years of experience in designing and developing solutions for interactive media, focusing on user experience and user interface. Prior to joining Adlucent, Brandon spent two years as a Designer and Application Developer at Kolar Advertising & Marketing, working with a broad range of clients that include Caritas, Dell, 3M, Baylor University, Amarillo National Bank and the Austin Convention & Visitors Bureau. While at Kolar, the firm was presented Addy awards for two projects Brandon played a major role in creating. Before his time with Kolar Advertising & Marketing, Brandon spent 6 years as a freelance Developer/Designer, working on projects in a variety of industries for clients that include The Speared Peanut, nFusion Group, PBS and Lyle Lovett.
